This is a fun build for PVP/PVE. It's in honor for one of my favorite League of Legends Champions, Miss Fortune. As melee thieves deal massive damage, I believe a ranged thief can still hit as hard. Main weapons of course are Dual Pistols (Shock and Awe hehe) and Short Bow to spam the AOE conditions.
