Korea's Fair Trade Commission Raids Blizzard's Offices

The tricky thing about company policy is that it has to be fair, valid and withheld within the countries they are operating in.

A reader has posted this:
"Korean Law gives them 7 days to return any software product if there is a problem with it and the problem is not the end user's fault. That's the main issue."

The problem is indeed Blizzard's fault as they have not prepared for the titanic of players trying to log in and play the game. Seeing South Korea as one Blizzard's main flagship countries, I'm not surprised by all the complaints of the Error 37 fiasco.

Playing Diablo III myself, I believe Blizzard were lazy about a lot of things in the development and release of the game. Shame really.
